Her background includes running, swimming, mountain biking, soccer, basketball, and competitive adventure racing. Along with her work as a Fitness professional, she has raised 3 sons, served on the board of directors for the Las Vegas Track Club, and is active with local, national and international volunteer agencies including Nevada Child Seekers, American Red Cross, and Educate Ethiopia.
